Koco's. There's a nice size bed room and a second small room

I love Lauraville
and find there's a lot of community involvement. There are a couple of
non-traditional cafes on the same two block strip and a pub (Koco's) that has
been around for over 30 years. This is about 1.2 miles from Morgan State
University and near Herring Run Park. The Johns Hopkins Homewood Campus is
about 4 miles (a 15 minute commute). It's convenient to shopping and buses.
The rent is $795
which includes water and sewer. The tenant pays all other utilities. I require
a minimum of a one year lease and a one month security deposit. There's a $25
application fee. Small pets will be considered with an additional half months
security deposit (refundable) and a monthly fee of $20 (non-refundable).
