A Creative Drama Workshop for Pre-School Children (3-5 year olds)
with Katherine Lyons
April 14 - May 19 (6 weeks)
11:00 AM - 11:45 AM
Integrating movement, storytelling, song, dance, and puppetry, this workshop will enhance young children’s confidence, concentration and excitement for learning. In each session, children will explore and re-enact stories using simple props, instruments, costumes, and puppets to create characters with their bodies, voices and imaginations.
Tuition: $85.

A Creative Drama Workshop for Elementary Students (2nd - 5th grades)
with Katherine Lyons
April 14 - May 19 (6 weeks)
A fun, interactive class using theatre games and improvisation to explore voice, movement, and imagination. Children will develop self-esteem, problem-solving and listening skills, learn to express themselves clearly and work together to create their own play based on a story.
Tuition: $150.

Fundamentals of Acting for Middle School Students (6th - 8th grades)

Tuesday Afternoons
April 10 - May 22 (6 weeks)
4:30PM - 6:00PM
In this class, students will develop skills in acting, learn to be active listeners, and create believable characters. Working with other young actors they will develop ensemble skills by playing theatre games, creating improvisations, and experiencing exercises that prepare them for scene work.
Tuition: $150.

Main Street Spring Yard Sale April 28

Hamilton-Lauraville Main Street will hold a Spring Yard Sale at 4500 Harford Rd (lot across from Safeway), on April 28, 2012, from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Rain date - May 4, 2012.

Spaces are $10 each, non-refundable and will not be reserved without payment. No tables, chairs or tents are provided.  Once again, I will try to have the St. Vincent truck available at the end of the day for donations.
