On July 22, 1998, Safeway opened its doors at 4401
Harford Road in Lauraville. Since that
time, Safeway has not only been an anchor and a great neighbor, but also a
symbol of progress in revitalizing the commercial corridor in Lauraville, an
accomplishment for and by dedicated neighbors.
