Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Congressman Sarbanes visited the construction site of the Argonne bridge this morning. This is a $7,000,000 shovel-ready job that is funded entirely through Federal stimulus money. The Argonne Drive Bridge, which crosses over Herring Run west of Harford Road, is now closed to both vehicular and pedestrian traffic for emergency repair work. The Department of Transportation with the help of American Infrastructure, is in the process of rehabilitating the Argonne Drive bridge.
