Baltimore Neighborhood Energy Challenge will be setting up a table at the Boo Fest to hand out information & recruit some volunteers to take part in the energy challenge program. The Baltimore Neighborhood Energy Challenge (BNEC) is a 9-month pilot program started to help households in 8 neighborhoods reduce energy use, save money, and build a more sustainable Baltimore.
