A message from Brenda:
So our Fall Menu is phased in! This menu is absolutely wonderful. Chef Jeff Smith (my lovely husband) is continuing his weekly pilgrimages to the Farmer’s Markets to procure as many local ingredients as he can for the menu. Andrew and Tina have added some great ideas, and have worked out some new preparations for dishes like the Lentil Salad with the wild mushroom leek custard, and the pan-seared Black Cod with clam oyster vichyssoise. When trying something off the beaten path such as the Sweetbreads or Rabbit, The Chameleon is the place to do so. I must have had 3 different sweetbread preparations before I found one I enjoyed, and it was from our kitchen!
Celebrate the fall season- call some friends, make a date, and treat yourself and your taste buds to a journey.
