Hamilton-Lauraville Main Street (HLMS) as been working with Morgan State University's Architectural Department to prepare drawings for Facade Improvements. As part of a more specific project, we are also working to improve the facades of the four liquor stores on Harford Road in the Hamilton-Lauraville area.
